DMS is the science of capturing, archiving and managing documents coming from disparate sources. Apart from enabling archival and retrieval of electronic documents, DMS helps to scan and store paper documents in a digital format.

DMS as it is popularly referred provides distinct advantages for a variety of organizations, particularly in Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services industries as well as large Service Organizations in departments such as HR and Accounts.


Implementation Plan

BIZZCOM proposes to implement the DMS work in a Phased approach. The Enterprise DMS software will be installed and implemented at Clients place first. Once that is done, Bizzcom will work with Client to identify the legacy documents (e.g. all vouchers, Bills, Tender documents, Minutes of Board Meetings etc etc) that need to be digitized (scanned and indexed) as a one-off exercise. Bizzcom will also train the personnel of the client on usage of the software for ongoing capture and search requirements.
